La Suite is owned by two French brothers. Francois manages La Suite, whilst Jacques manages La Maison in the Gavea district. La Suite offers exclusive accommodation in the Joatinga district (or 'Brazilian Beverly Hills!') of Rio de Janeiro and has a stunning ocean view.

There are 7 stylish rooms decorated in different colours including the black suite with large picture windows on two sides overlooking the ocean, forested hills and city. La Suite has a large lounge and ocean view deck with a small swimming pool. An infinity pool is planned for 2008. Breakfast can be served in the room or dining terrace, and lunch and dinner can be ordered from a menu devised by a well known French chef. It is a short drive down the hill (or walk!) to a semi private beach.
