Location: The hotel is a short distance away from the centre of El Calafate and about 16kms from the airport.

Rooms: There are 80 rooms in standard, superior and suite categories. Standard rooms come in twin, double (both 27sqm), triple (33sqm) and quadruple (46sqm) configurations. All have TV, minibar, safe, a desk and an en-suite bathroom stocked with toiletries. Superior rooms are slightly larger, 21sqm for the doubles and twins and 35sqm for the triples. They have similar facilities to the standard rooms. The two suites provide 58sqm of space including a sitting area and bathroom with a jacuzzi. They have a sofa bed and can sleep up to three people. Activities: You can visit the Glaciarium Ice Museum six kilometres outside the town and linked by regular shuttle services, which has displays and interactive exhibits plus an ice bar and shop. Staff can arrange excursions to local attractions including glaciers, lakes and nature reserves.

Facilities: The hotel has a restaurant, a grill, lounge, bar, terrace, games room for billiards, table tennis and table football, a gym and spa with a jacuzzi and sauna. There is a business centre with complimentary internet access. The hotel provides a laundry service (pay locally).

Dining: Restaurant Ariskaiken is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and Grill Kampen is open for dinner. Meals are served at individual tables.

Children: Children of all ages are welcome. Baby sitting can be arranged.

Health: El Calafate is not a malarial area.

Communication: There is free wifi internet access in guest rooms and the business centre.
