Rooms: There are 243 rooms and 5 suites. Superior rooms are 30sqm and have 2 twin or 1 double bed, TV, phone, Wi-Fi (pay locally), digital safe, minibar, air conditioning and heating, hairdryer, en-suite bathroom and partial sea view. Luxury rooms are similar in size and amenities and have full sea view. Studios are 38sqm and have a separate area with a desk and sofa, and have sea views. Junior suites cover 50sqm and have 2 sea-facing balconies, TVs in the bedroom and bathroom, a shower and a bath, and a lounge. Executive suites have 74sqm of space, a large lounge-dining room, 2 TVs and 2 balconies with sea views. The presidential suite is 166sqm, has 8 separate rooms, 3 TVs (bedroom, bathroom and TV room) and 3 sea-facing balconies.

Activities: Explore the town centre of Sao Luis with its colonial buildings, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which is a short drive from the hotel.

Facilities: There are 2 restaurants (see below), and a lobby bar. The hotel has an outdoor pool and sunbathing area. There is a gym with weights and exercise machines, a sauna and jacuzzi.

Dining: Breakfast is served in Mearim Restaurant between 6 and 10am. Timon Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner daily, with buffet and a la carte options. Meals and drinks are served by the pool from 10am till 7pm each day.
