Open: Hotel El Molino is open all year.

Location: The hotel is in the small town of Alausi in Chimborazo province. It is close to the centre of town and to the railway station at the top of the famous Devil’s Nose section of track.

Rooms: The 21 rooms, a mix of singles, doubles and triples, are arranged on two floors and are simply furnished. All are en-suite, have a TV and free Wi-Fi.

Activities: The hotel is mainly used as a stopover prior to or after the Devil’s Nose train ride. Alausi is a pretty town and easy to explore on foot.

Facilities: The hotel has a covered central courtyard used for breakfast. There are small siting areas on each floor.

Dining: The hotel serves a buffet breakfast. It does not provide other meals but there are restaurants within walking distance for lunch and dinner.

Children: Children of all ages are welcome.

Health: This is not a malarial area.

Communication: There is free Wi-Fi internet access.
