Location: The hotel is on the coast road facing Last Hope Sound in the city and port of Puerto Natales, about a 10 minute walk from the Plaza de Armas. It is 6.3kms from the airport.

Rooms: There are 110 rooms (singles, twins, doubles and triples) and 2 suites. All come with individually controlled heating, free wifi, cable TV, opening windows, blackout blinds, desk and chair, safe, hairdryer and en-suite bathroom with a range of toiletries. Some have sea views and other look out over the city. Suites are larger than rooms, have a jacuzzi and sea views. Single rooms have a queen size bed, double rooms have a king size bed, twins have 2 single beds. All of these rooms are 22sqm. Triples are 30sqm and have 3 single beds. Each of the suites has 1 king size bed. Room service is available.

Activities: Go souvenir shopping in the handicraft market at Puerto Natales, dine out in the city's restaurants, explore by kayak, take guided tours in Torres del Paine National Park, visit Milodon Cave, cruise to Balmaceda and Serrano glaciers, tour a local estancia (farm), visit Puerto Bories Museum, go trekking, horse riding and bird watching.

Facilities: The hotel has a restaurant (see below), bar, lounge, map room, business centre and conference rooms. The hotel provides a laundry and dry cleaning service. Reception is staffed round the clock.

Dining: Breakfast is a continental meal served as a buffet and is included in your stay. Dinner can be accompanied by your choice of wines from the hotel's large cellar.

Children: Children of all ages are welcome.

Health: There is no malaria in Chile.
