Hog Hollow is a lovely lodge on the edge of an indigenous forest in a private nature reserve with panoramic views of the surrounding forests, valleys and mountains, in one of the most beautiful parts of South Africa - the Garden Route.
Each of the 16 suites has a private deck overlooking the wonderful views. King size beds, fireplaces, hammocks, ensuite bathrooms and hand-crafted artifacts are just a few of the thoughtful touches that welcome you. There is also a private villa with 3 bedrooms, spacious accommodation and an infinity pool.
The main house is the social hub of Hog Hollow. There are three lounge areas and a communal dining area next to the swimming pool and sundeck. Each evening a fire is lit in the boma and guests gather for sundowners. Guests can enjoy outstanding cuisine. Breakfast is a buffet style meal including cooked dishes and champagne. Dinner is a socialble affair often featuring fresh fish and seafood.
Hog Hollow particularly welcomes children, organising babysitting, special turn downs with a glass of fresh milk and a Gingerbread Man, children's stories and CDs, buckets and spades for beach days and special menus and meal times.
