The room we were allocated was very spacious and should have had a panoramic view of the volcano. Unfortunately the blinds were closed and inoperative, so no view at all. These blinds had been broken for a considerable period of time as damaged parts were lying on the window sill. When we tried the shower it was running cold, but just before we left we discovered the hot and cold labelling was incorrect. This was once again a long term factor

Rooms not as described in brochure. They have built modern rooms in the garden with big picture windows looking out to the volcano(sadly in cloud all the time) We were the only guests the night we were there and they were not quite prepared but the food was homely and freshly prepared.

'Presidential' suite!! Enjoyed the big bed and the jacuzzi and the view from the huge window - watched the active volcano! Good meals.

We were not here very long, arriving late and leaving early the next morning, but it has wonderful views, comfortable rooms, good food and a pleasant garden
