Open: Hacienda La Cienega is open all year.

Location: The hotel is located near Cotopaxi volcano and Cotopaxi National Park. It is 45kms from Quito, about a 90 minute drive.

Rooms: There 34 rooms made up of single, twin, double and triple rooms, luxury suites and a family suite. All have a heater, phone, Wi-Fi, bottled water and an en-suite bathroom. Some rooms have fireplaces.

Activities: Hiking, mountain biking and horse riding are available and guided trips to local towns and markets can be arranged.

Facilities: The hotel has a restaurant, a bar, lounge, library and other indoor sitting areas. The hacienda is set in landscaped gardens including fountains, a tennis court and a chapel. The hotel has a gift shop. There is a laundry service (pay locally).

Dining: Meals include local and international dishes.
