Very friendly staff and excellent food in the restaurant. A good position in downtown Guayaquil for access to the waterfront, museums, botanic gardens etc but not many restaurants nearby ( not a problem as food in hotel both good and reasonably priced)

Very corporate hotel but there is little choice in Guayaquil. Not safe to be walking out at night and we were given very strict instructions which streets were patrolled by police and therefore where it was safe to walk. Food very average

Very noisy rooms. Traffic noise from the busy road was an irritation. The air-con was incredibly noisy too, with it on the traffic noise was not so obvious but .....We had a night flight but had to check out of our room at noon. It would have been helpful to have the room available all day.
