Open: Gran Hotel Pucon, also known as Enjoy Pucon, is open all year.

Location: Gran Hotel Pucon is beside Lake Villarrica, and near the Plaza de Armas in Pucon. The nearest airport is Temuco, about a 90 minute drive away.

Rooms: There are 133 rooms in the hotel. Standard rooms are compact and have TV, telephone, safe, hairdryer and en-suite bathroom. Superior rooms are slightly larger and have similar facilities. Top of the range deluxe rooms are the largest with a sitting area. Rooms have lake or city views. The hotel provides room service (not 24 hours). There are also apartments of varying sizes in the condominium, which have a kitchen so are ideal for those wanting a self-catering option. Amenities include TV, phone and heating.

Activities: You can access the lake and town easily from the hotel, and tour desk staff can arrange excursions.

Facilities: The hotel has a breakfast restaurant, bar, 2 heated swimming pools, a sunbathing deck, gym and spa treatment rooms. The hotel has a casino on a site a short walk away, and this also houses the restaurant which is open for lunch and dinner, and 2 more bars. There is a tour desk in the reception area of the hotel, whose staff can arrange local excursions.

Dining: Breakfast is a buffet served within the hotel. Lunch and dinner are available at the restaurant in the casino building nearby.
