Open: Gocta Andes Lodge is open all year round

Location: The lodge is situated in the Cocachimba Valley overlooking Gocta Falls.

Rooms:  The hotel has 16 rooms and two suites. They are spacious and simply furnished but comfortable. Each room has a TV, en-suite bathroom with hot and cold water. Ground floor rooms (double) have a terrace and upstairs ones (triples) a balcony. All rooms face Gocta Falls.

Activities:  There's quite a range of tours that can be organised from the lodge; tour of Gocta Falls, visit to Kuelap Fortress, guided nature tours and village visits. Longer excursions include day trips to Chachapoyas and Karajia or Leymebamba, Yerbabuena and Revash.

Facilities:   The restaurant serves dishes showcasing Andean cuisine, you can dine indoors or on the terrace as you enjoy the views. Each day starts with a buffet breakfast. In the evenings, relax and enjoy a drink after a day out exploring and swap stories with other guests. Other facilities include an outdoor infinity pool, sun room and laundry service.

Dining:  Meals are served at individual tables.

Children:  Children of all ages are welcome.

Health:  This is a low risk malarial area.

Communication:  There is limited mobile signal at the lodge, there is Wi-Fi internet access throughout the hotel though this can be patchy when the weather is bad.
