Fort Rajwada

Open:  Fort Rajwada is open all year.

Location:  Fort Rajwada is set just outside the walled city of Jaisalmer in the Tar Desert in the state of Rajasthan. The hotel is set in a total of 6 acres of land. The hotel is 4kms from the airport and 2kms from the train station.  

Rooms:  There are 94 rooms comprising 48 deluxe rooms, 38 super deluxe rooms, 4 mini suites and 4 suites. All have en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, minibar, TV, safe, kettle and 24 hour room service.

Activities:  Guests can explore Jaislamer city. The hotel can arrange desert camping, village visits and horse riding.

Facilities:  There is a choice of dining options including a multi cuisine restaurant, summer dining hall and the pool side barbeque. There is a separate bar and a rooftop sunset bar. The swimming pool is set in a large open courtyard. The hotel also provides a health club with a spa and gym, shopping arcade, Ayurvedic massage centre, billiards room, currency exchange and bookshop.  

Dining:  Meals are taken at individual tables in various locations around the fort.

Children:  Children of all ages are welcome.  

Health:  We recommend malarial prophylactics for travel to India.
