Location: El Mapi is located near the train and bus statios of Machu Picchu town

Rooms:  There are 122 superior delxe rooms and 8 suites. All are simply furnished in a sleek contempoary style, and comfortable with king size or twin beds. Each has an en-suite bathroom and guests are provided with their own bathrobes. All rooms have a flatscreen TV, safe and hairdryer. The 8 suites are more spacious, having a separate sitting area and are also equipped with a minibar.

Activities:  Nature walks, bird watching walks, , visits to Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley. The hotel offers a number of group guided tours which can be booked and paid for locally. 

Facilities:  Spa, restaurant, bar, gift shop, sauna, heated plunge pool, hydro-massage showers.

Dining:  Meals are taken at individual tables in La Cafeteria or El Bar. La Cafeteria serves buffet meals at breakfast and lunch time, and has an a la carte menu for dinner. El Bar provides snacks.

Children:  Children of all ages are welcome. 

Health:  Machu Picchu is not a malarial area.

Communication:  There is free Wi-Fi internet access in the public areas and it is available in the rooms at extra cost.
