Open:  Desert Rhino Camp is open all year round.

Location:  The camp is located in the Palmwag Concession in Damaraland. It is owned by Wilderness Safaris.  This 5000 sq km concession lies between Etosha and the Skeleton Coast. It is accessible by self-drivers or by air.

Rooms:  There are 8 meru-style tents with en-suite facilities. The decor is simple yet elegant and is furnished with everything you would need.

Activities:  The camp activities centre around rhino tracking both on foot and in 4x4.

Facilities:    The main area features a lounge and dining room which are open to the front so you can enjoy the panoramic views.  There is also has a small swimming pool and lounger area.

Children:  Children 12 and over are welcome, however tracking on foot is only for the over 16s.

Health:  This is a malaria area.

Communication: There is no mobile phone signal or WiFi in this remote area. There is a satellite phone for emergencies.
