Open: Desert Camp is open year round.

Location: Namib-Naukluft National Park, Namibia.

Rooms:  There are 20 self-catering accommodation units. Each has twin beds, a sleeper couch and en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.  The shaded veranda houses a small kitchenette with hob, fridge and washing up area along with a picnic table and bbq.

Activities: A nature trail around camp can be explored on foot, you are free to explore the Namib-Naukluft park in your 4x4 or partake in organised excursions (extra cost) which you can book at the nearby Sossuslvei Lodge

Facilities:  There is a bar area, large outdoor boma, swimming pool and reception.  The bar also has a large screen TV which will show any major sporting events.

Dining: Desert Camp is a self-catering affair.  Food packs can be ordered from reception or you may opt to book a table at the nearby Sossusvlei Lodge, just 5km away.

Children: Children of all ages are welcome.

Health: This is a very low risk malaria area.

Communication: There is no internet or WiFi at Desert Camp, but you are welcome to use the internet at Sossusvlei Lodge.
