Location: Casa do Amarelindo is located in the Pelourinho district of Salvador, facing Baia de Todos os Santos (All Saints’ Bay). There are domestic and international airports in Salvador.
Rooms: There are 10 en-suite rooms in standard, superior and deluxe categories. All are air conditioned and have ceiling fans, TVs, DVD and CD players, minibar and safe. Bathrooms feature a hydro massage bath or rainfall shower. One room has been modified for disabled access and some rooms are interconnecting. Superior and deluxe rooms have verandas or balconies. Some deluxe rooms can accommodate up to 4 people so would suit families.
Activities: Exploring historical Salvador and the atmospheric Pelourinho district, shopping, visiting local beaches, taking boat trips to nearby islands. The hotel can organise bilingual guides to lead a variety of tours in and around the city. Guests can enjoy the tranquility of the hotel’s many seating areas, inside and out, and take a refreshing dip in the pool.
Facilities: The hotel has a rooftop swimming pool, a solarium and a fitness centre equipped with a selection of cardiovascular machines. Guests can relax in the 2 interior patios or the lovely panoramic terrace with views off All Saints Bay and its islands. Pelo Bistro, the hotel restaurant located on the ground floor, is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with dishes to suit all tastes. Breakfast can be enjoyed in a number of locations including the restaurant, by the pool, on the roof terrace or in the privacy of your own room. The bar serves a range of drinks, including the caipirinha, the classic Brazilian cocktail, plus tapas dishes
Dining: Meals are taken at individual tables.
Children: Children aged 14 years and over are welcome.
Health: Salvador is not a malarial area.
Communication: There is Wi-Fi internet access in all guest rooms.
