A very welcoming hotel close to the main square. Excellent and helpful staff who were always concerned about how we were dealing with the altitude and having Coca tea at the ready.

Positive: Ideal location Near Plaza de Armas, Excellent Service, First room on 4th floor large, Second room on 2nd floor smaller than first and warmer. Fine for 1 night. Negative: First room got cold enough for us to switch on heater partly because windows were left open in room and corridor outside room. Woken about 4:30 by clattering from preparation for breakfast (4th floor bedroom and dining room. Breakfast a bit limited and cold hot pancakes!

A nice hotel perfectly situated in the town square so convenient for restaurants and trips out. The staff were good and the rooms clean and tidy. We were upgraded for our final night when we returned from Machu Picchu which was a nice touch.

Very close to the main square and just a short walk from the local food/fruit/flower market. A bit cool in the corridors (May 2019), You can see some of the city rooftops from the upstairs restaurant aty breakfast.

Great location but rather soul less. And one room I had contained windows that looked onto the corridor without blackout blinds and lights going on and off all night.
