Breezes Beach Club
Zanzibar Tanzania
Tribes Style: Mid Range
As I've said previously, I think the resort could do with a bit of updating - especially the bedroom decor. The staff were amazing. Loads of nice touches such as a special room to eat in one evening but frankly we'd have preferred to be where we normally were. The food was exactly the same. Plus a sundowner on our last night was brought to our room - but unfortunately the wine was undrinkable!

Paradisiac place in Zanzibar by the ocean, remote from the effervescence of Stone Town, which is conveniently within reach, and so are all tours and activities offered from there.

A very good family hotel. Delicious food and very attentive staff. Comfortable rooms and we were lucky to be right on the beach. A good diving centre along with good water sports kept everyone entertained when not lounging by the lovely pool.

A nice relaxed place to finish our holiday, with plenty to occupy us. Good food, & entertainment every night. We had lunch at The Rock on our penultimate day - what a brilliant venue for a restaurant!

A nice hotel with friendly staff and great food. One of the positive things was the fact that we could always get into the sea, even at low tide albeit if only for a paddle.

With the natural backdrop of white sands and blue skies there is not too much to go wrong. Very helpful staff and a great place to relax. The spa center was the cherry on the top.

Breezes was luxury after Safari but the bed was a bit harder! The staff were also very warm and helpful and the hotel was run with efficiency. It\'s layout means that despite a reasonable number of guests it rarely felt overcrowded anywhere. The beach and white sand was fantastic with few beach boys and pedlars which meant no hassle. Despite being the \'spice island\' the food was at times rather bland but I understand the need to cater for larger diversity of tastes. The frangipani spa was lovely and an oasis of calm. We indulged in several treatments and the staff were really welcoming and caring.

This was the island paridise my daughter was wishing for, her face when we arrived was hilarious, her jaw literally hit the floor. Built a good friendship with our waiter Ntwana, had a few days relaxing by the pool, snorkelling in the indian ocean was like being in Finding nemo, ,tried some new water sports and had a wonderful stay.
