Location: The hotel is set on Punta Estrada waterfront, across the bay from Puerto Ayora on Santa Cruz Island. 

Rooms: The rooms and suites all have en-suite bathroom with either a shower or bath. Some rooms also have a Jacuzzi. All have cable television, air conditioning, ceiling fan and minibar. All rooms have ocean views and some have a patio or balcony. 

Activities: Hiking in the highlands, relaxing on the beach, diving, kayaking, wildlife viewing. The hotel can arrange guided or self-guided excursions. Guests can also visit the Darwin Research Station and Puerto Ayora. 

Facilities: There is a restaurant serving lunch and dinner which can be taken on the terrace or the waterside deck. There is a cozy café and bar. The hotel has a private waterfront and pier. There is a laundry service. 

Dining: Meals are taken at individual tables. 

Children: Children of all ages are welcome. 

Health: The Galapagos Islands are not a malarial area. 

Communication: The hotel reception has free Wi-Fi internet access.
