The spa at the Zanzibari offers a range of treatments. Private and group yoga classes are also available, incorporating breathing techniques, flowing postures, sun salutations and relaxation. Reiki is also offered to guests. The cuisine is continental with an emphasis on fresh seafood, served in the airy, open-sided dining room. Outside main meal times a variety of snacks is available. The dhow bar is well stocked with wines, beers and spirits as well as juices and refreshing non alcoholic drinks. Guests can relax in the lounge, which has a TV and internet access.

Tanzania safari in Selous, and on the beach on Zanzibar. A great trip for an unbeatable price.
Knowing the big water problems faced by the island, this hotel installed a de-salinator. They also use solar & wind power to reduce their impact, so they are really trying to keep their impact as low as possible.
"Unfortunately at this time of the year the beach had been washed away.TRIBES REPLY: This is a natural phenomenon. The northern Kaskazi winds can sometimes blow sand away revealing rock beneath from about January to April. From June through the rest of the year the beach is sandy though. "
