Sani Mountain Lodge offers accommodation at the top of the Sani Pass overlooking the foothills of Natal from the Mountain Kingdom of Lesotho. Set right on top of the Sani Pass - a snaking mountainous road only accessible via 4x4.
Sani Mountain Lodge is home to the highest pub in Africa (2874m above sea level), as well as breathtakingly beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.
The Chalet offers comfortable accommodation in a unique adventure stopover. Four detached rondavels with double beds, en-suite bathrooms and fireplaces offer cosy luxury in this chilly climate. In the main building there are also rooms with double beds and bunks and shared ablutions, ideal for families or groups of friends. Enjoy a hearty meal around glowing fire in the pub.

Facilities: Highest Pub in Africa (opening at 6am until the last person leaves the bar); DSTV; The lodge was upgraded in 2013 and has a 164 seater restaurant, wine cellar, viewing decks and a private function room.
Dining: Meals are served in the dining room. Breakfast is a continental buffet with a served hot breakfast, as chosen from the menu. A full hot/continental buffet breakfast is set out should there be lots of guests in residence. Lunch is selected from the days menu, consisting of burgers, wraps, salads, steaks etc. The menu is available from 9.30am to 6pm daily. Dinner is served at 7pm daily, either a 3 course menu or a buffet.
Children: Children of all ages are welcome.
Health: Due to the altitude this is not a malarial area.
Communication: Limited cell phone signal. Internet and wifi facilities are available at an additional charge.
