Machu Picchu Sanctuary Lodge overview

Machu Picchu Sanctuary Lodge is the only hotel located adjacent to the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu. The location is spectacular, with some rooms offering views of the mountains, but this privileged location is reflected in the high cost of the accommodation! Sanctuary Lodge is part of the Belmond group of hotels.

The hotel offers 29 rooms and two suites. All are equipped with private telephone, satellite TV and VCR, minibar and safety deposit box. As well as standard rooms there are patio rooms with access to a private patio and sitting area, mountain view rooms with a view across the Urubamba River to the forested mountains, and panoramic view rooms with private terraces. The suites have a bedroom, separate indoor sitting area, and some of the best views from their private terrace.

Belmond Sanctuary Lodge has a superb restaurant and a bar and full board is included in the room rate. A limited room service menu is also offered.
