"Hotel looked as if it has been recently renovated.
Due to the arrival time of our flight and the length of time (45 mins each way) to reach the hotel from the airport, we were only able to spend about 2 hours in our \"dayroom\". Think it would have been better have stayed in an airport hotel."

"Good hotel and very convenient location. A glitch was that we arrive at 10 am but rooms were not available until 3pm under their 'rules'. Best to ensure that you pre warn of early arrival. We had to be up at 5 am in Cusco to get to Lima early to enjoy a full day only to have three hours delay whilst they found a room. When they did it was excellent and they offered a free upgrade. Tribes Response: This problem has been raised with our ground handlers in Peru. The early check in which should have been arranged in Lima was not organised, and this has been addressed with our ground handlers to make sure this does not occur in the future."

"Hotel looked tired and a had small lobby/reception, not up to 4 star status but more like a 3 star."
