This luxury hotel is between Cusco and Ollantaytambo in the Sacred Valley. Its design recalls a traditional Andean farmhouse, or hacienda. Surrounded by attractive gardens this is a wonderfully peaceful location, and is perfectly placed for exploring the valley's towns, villages and archaeological sites, trekking, mountain biking, rafting, horse riding, bird watching and star gazing. Some tours are included in your stay and others can be booked and paid for locally.
There are several categories of rooms and suites. All have full length windows, comfy beds, armchairs and coffee tables and a dining area, and suites have open fireplaces. Mod cons such as flat screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, iPad, safe and minibar enhance overall comfort. Each room has its own bathroom with a heated towel rail, hair dryer, selection of toiletries, bathrobes and slippers.
The restaurant opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a wide choice of dishes including a special healthy menu. The produce is sourced largely within the valley, with many of the ingredients coming from the hotel's own organic farm, which you are welcome to visit. The bar has an inviting fire and you can pay a visit to the wine cave to select your own wine! The large windows of the main house enable you to take in views of the valley and mountains as you relax between activities, and the spa provides welcome pampering and therapeutic treatments.
