Delfin II is the larger sister vessel of Delfin I, both operating in the Upper Amazon, with 14 guest suites. She cuts an elegant figure on the river with her large picture windows and polished wood exterior. Inside the accommodation is spacious, with lots of social areas including a gym and a spa.
All suites have full size windows, king size bed most of which can be configured as 2 twin beds if desired, easy chairs, safe and air conditioning. Each has a private bathroom with a hot water shower, bathrobes and toiletries. 4 of the suites are interconnecting, making ideal family accommodation, while the 4 master suites are located at the bow and have wide-ranging 90 degree views.
Sitting at your table in the large, triple aspect dining room you'll be treated to fine Peruvian fare made from fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Hand-made table decorations and musical performances by the crew make mealtimes all the more memorable.
The open air lounge is on the observation (top) deck and has ample seating. It is flanked by the bar which stocks a wide selection of drinks. There's a separate lecture room cum lounge where naturalist guides conduct presentations and has a collection of reference material for you to read. Also on this deck are the gym and spa.
Each day you'll be exploring the Amazon with your guide, by motor launch, kayak and on foot, learning about the flora and fauna and the region's history and culture.
