"Positive: Ideal location Near Plaza de Armas, Excellent Service, First room on 4th floor large, Second room on 2nd floor smaller than first and warmer. Fine for 1 night. Negative: First room got cold enough for us to switch on heater partly because windows were left open in room and corridor outside room. Woken about 4:30 by clattering from preparation for breakfast (4th floor bedroom and dining room.  Breakfast a bit limited and cold hot pancakes!"

"A great location in the heart of Cusco but a very ordinary city hotel with basic buffet breakfast. We arrived after dark and didn't realsie until the morning that our only window opened onto an external staircase so it and the curtains had to be closed at all times."
Ms Lin Chandler
