From a superb vantage point on a hill, Etosha Safari Lodge overlooks pristine Namibian wilderness, with views stretching for miles, you can see Etosha in the distance. It's an oasis in the desert and a great place to spend some down time after a hard day of game viewing in the park.
It's perfect for families and couples alike with twin, double and family chalets available, 65 in total. The chalets are light and bright with white-washed walls and high ceilings. Large windows and patio doors open out to a small, private veranda. Each chalet is well equipped with air-conditioning, mosquito nets over the beds, a minifridge, safe hairdryer and a writing desk with a tea and coffee station. The spacious en-suite houses basin and shower, the toilet is separate.
The main areas are where you can socialise with other guests if you wish and this is where you will find reception and the curio shop too. Meals are served buffet style in the dining room where you will also find the well-stocked bar. Dining also takes place al-fresco on the raised wooden deck. If you are back in time for sundowners then you could take a seat on the raised drinks area, alongside the firepit, and watch the sun set over the horizon.

A small group trip combining safaris, adventure, culture and camping, travelling through deserts and valleys to the coast, with 4 magical nights camping in the bush.
"The largest accommodation on our itinerary and in need of a little refresh. Staff didn't seem to have the same knowledge or pride that we experienced elsewhere. The 3 pools were very poorly set-up with inadequate shade (only 2 old parasols at each pool and chairs for a max of 8-10 people). No fresh towels available and those we found were used and apart their best. The tours at Ns1000 were the most expensive in our trip."
