Location: La Sultana is in the coastal village of Oualidia, on the edge of a lagoon. It is roughly equidistant of Casablanca (180km) and Marrakech (185km), both about 2 and a half hours drive away.
Rooms: There are 12 guest rooms and suites, most named after different types of boats (eg gulet, pirogue and clipper). Prestige deluxe rooms range between 25 and 30sqm, suites, junior suites and deluxe suites 30-55sqm, the treehouse suite 50sqm, and the exclusive suite 120sqm. All have air conditioning/heating, satellite TV, IDD phone, free Wi-Fi, i-Pod station, soft drink minibar and en-suite bathroom with separate toilet. Each has a private terrace with loungers and a sea water Jacuzzi. The treehouse suite is built into a tree facing the lagoon, and is ideal for a special stay or for those seeking extra seclusion. The exclusive suite is on the top floor and has its own lounge.
Activities: You can explore the village and fort of Oualida, stroll by the lagoon and watch flamingos, take boat trips on the lagoon and across to the coastal dunes for a picnic, relax by the pool or on the private beach.
