client reviews

Mr. Robert Astridge (24/10/2014)

"Pity about the corperate greed with wifi access being charged after 24 hours. This is not an issue their other hotels....most odd. Bacon for breakfast as catering for tourists more here. Diving was excellent I am informed, so thanks for the suggestion."

Elizabeth Gillam (20/09/2010)
"First impressions were very good, they are to some extent superficial. Cleaning was to a good standard in easy access areas but fell down in corners etc. In our room, the toilet door did not shut, if it did it was not possible to lock as the lock was on the outside and the sink drained away very, very slowly. (These were reported to the reception on departure but she did not note anything down!) However the hotel was nice to stay at even if it was only one night.

At both Movenpick hotels, the front desk staff seem to be a little snobby. They should realise that all clients, regardless of social or monetary standing, should be treated equally. However, the general domestic staff are much friendlier and helpful."
