All rooms in the palace wing have similar facilities and butler service. Suites offer more spacious accommodation including a living room.
Activities: City sightseeing, shopping, visiting museums and galleries. Yacht cruises and various excursions can be arranged at the hotel.
Facilities: There is an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre with a steam room. The Jiva Spa offers a range of treatments including aromatherapy, scrubs, wraps and massage. There is a wide choice of restaurants offering a range of cuisines including French, Japanese, Chinese and Mediterranean. There is also a bar with views of the Gateway of India and another bar with a dance floor and an al freso area. The spacious lobby has many sofas and chairs where guests can relax.
