Built into the golden walls of Jaisalmer Fort, enjoying fabulous views over the city of Jaisalmer and the Thar Desert, Garh Jaisal is a fascinating place to stay. There are just seven rooms, each within the thick sandstone walls with a window seat providing unforgettable views. The rooms are small and simply decorated, but feature en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Service here is relaxed and friendly, and the rooftop terrace provides an ideal spot to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the hospitality.
