"First stay was ok and nice roof terrace. But, the second stay was poor - lack of maintenance meant a constantly dripping tap, which was noisy because the water across the whole building had to constantly re-pressurise. We tried to move room but there were no better options. They said they would fix it but didn't (and looked like cutting corners on maintenance - other things broken too). Also no service on the roof terrace, just a nice place to sit. Hotel Response: After investigation we found that on second visit when clients checked into the BRAMHA ROOM there was no water dripping from the shower. Later that evening the moment clients informed us about dripping issue, another room was offered, but they did not want to take another room. They wanted to take one with a large king size bed and in a room having window which Brahma room had the same. Next morning we got this checked from the plumber who advised that there was wall deviator fault inside the tiles which needs to be changed which will take couple of days to get it changed since the model fitted was out of stock. After these clients had checked out at 1200 hrs on 29 Oct 2011 from Brahma Room, action was taken immediately and our engineering department fitted the Jaquar brand deviator of new fitting. We ask all our inhouse guests about the choice of location for their meal / tea / drinks. As per choice of clients we mostly serve them in our main restaurant called “Haveli” or on demand in room / or Rooftop terrace called “Ananda”. Roof-top Terrace is sitting Lounge only and Drinks / snacks / Meal can be served when demanded by any client."
