Eric and Letty overview
Eric and Letty are identical motor yachts built in the early 1990s. They accommodate up to 20 passengers each in 10 outside cabins spread over 3 decks, with window or porthole views. Each cabin has either a double bed or 2 twin beds and all have ensuite bathroom with hot water shower. The cabins have individual climate control.
There is a dining room where Ecuadorian and international dishes are enjoyed, a well-stocked bar and a lounge. The last incorporates a conference area with flat screen TV, DVD player and library. The interiors are of polished teak wood with shiny brass fittings. Picture windows on the upper two decks offer panoramic views. Outside is a spacious sundeck equipped with comfortable sun loungers. The boats carry snorkelling equipment, wet suits and kayaks for guest use.
We regard these yachts very highly, as they have obtained the 'Smart Voyager' certificate for excellence in conservation and environmental responsibility, and they are small yet have two very good naturalist guides on board.

A wildlife adventure in two dramatically different environments. A true treat for nature lovers.
These Galapagos yachts have taken the trouble to adopt a program of environmental and social sustainability that is certified by the Smart Voyager initiative which was set up by Conservacion & Desarrollo with Rainforest Alliance. They have gone the extra mile to implement these strict standards in order to conserve the environment and wildlife of the Galapagos Islands, and also benefit the islands’ communities.

"Everything was to a high standard; the food was excellent and the daily briefings very comprehensive."
"Eric was great! Captain & crew couldn't have been more welcoming & the food amazing given the limitations of a galley on a boat!
Galapagos lived up to expectations.

"The food was first rate, especially when you think about the small space they had to prepare it. I particularly liked the snacks that we were offered after each activity, plus the delicious fruit juices. The cabin was bijou so I would advise people to cut down on what they take. You really do live in shorts and T shirts."
