"The room we were allocated was very spacious and should have had a panoramic view of the volcano. Unfortunately the blinds were closed and inoperative, so no view at all. These blinds had been broken for a considerable period of time as damaged parts were lying on the window sill. When we tried the shower it was running cold, but just before we left we discovered the hot and cold labelling was incorrect. This was once again a long term factor"
