"Upon arrival saw standard room. Looked awful. Spoke to reception who said I could upgrade for a cost, so spoke to manager who agreed to upgrade for nothing. Took 15 mins! New room great (hot tub in garden), everthing else perfect. Ltd dining menu, but only ate in one night as there were lots of good restaurants very close. My wife had a massage and was very happy. "
