"Nice hotel in great setting with big rooms. Only stayed one night so no real complaints about the room. However it is worth knowing that the hotel will not change any money - either large notes into smaller ones, or from e.g. Stirling to Real. We had intended to leave the tips for the boat crew in real or dollars but had to leave pounds instead - not a disaster but potentially awkward. Also in the 'shopping centre 'about 70% of the shops are empty."
