Michael Adams

"Didn't really get to stay there as one of our bags was lost and so we arrived in our rooms at 0245 and had to embark on the Tucano at 0700!"

Kim Bates
"This hotel was fine for the one night we spent there. Fairly comfortable."
Michael Hammond-Kosack
"After 11 hours travel from the Jaguar Lodge to Manaus all we were looking for was a long uninterrupted sleep, which is what we happily got. Amazed by the vastness of the corridors (good indoor training for the 100m finals), but we didn't take advantage of anything this hotel may have offered. Sadly, the zoo and orchid gardens were closed."
Mrs. Linda Kemp
"Interesting and unusual design, comfortable. Seemed to be quiet but our room was a long trek along the corridors and had no view. Breakfast could have been better but other meals were good "
Mr. Michael Mayall
"Nice hotel in great setting with big rooms. Only stayed one night so no real complaints about the room. However it is worth knowing that the hotel will not change any money - either large notes into smaller ones, or from e.g. Stirling to Real. We had intended to leave the tips for the boat crew in real or dollars but had to leave pounds instead - not a disaster but potentially awkward. Also in the 'shopping centre 'about 70% of the shops are empty.
