Hotel Cabanas is set in lush forest between the Formoso and Formosinho rivers and offers plenty of outdoor activities as well as the opportunity to relax and enjoy this atmospheric environment.
There are 13 apartments offering spacious accommodation. The 3 wooden tree houses are built on stilts. All rooms have air conditioning, television and minibar. Breakfast is a generous buffet-style meal served in the thatched roof dining room. There is a separate bar selling a range of drinks, light meals and snacks during the day.
Guests can explore the gardens, take the trail down to the river and the waterfall, relax by the swimming pool and laze in hammocks. Wildlife is plentiful and guests can expect to see monkeys, capybaras and macaws on a daily basis. Guests craving more activity can go swimming and snorkelling in the crystal clear river waters, take boat trips, go tubing, mountain biking and visit the small town of Bonito, which has a municipal beach. Rooms: Accommodation is in 10 apartments and 3 treehouses, all of which are equipped with air conditioning, TV, minibar and bathroom. The apartments can accommodate up to 5 people.
Activities: There are many trails for guests to explore and waterfalls where guests can swim. Other activities available include tubing, snorkelling, diving and beach volleyball. There is also a canopy assault course.
