This hotel is in the town of Uyuni and is a convenient place to stay when visiting the famous salt flats, the largest in the world, and the train cemetery where you can see a number of early 20th locomotives abandoned when plans to enlarge the rail network failed. The hotel is a little way out of the town centre and the main square, Plaza Arce, named after the Bolivian president who founded the town in 1889.
The hotel offers simple accommodation in rooms of various sizes, all with heating and a private bathroom with a hot water shower, important as the weather can be very cold here.
