    3. This was the least good accommodation of the trip - the room allocated only had a double bed so they put us into a family room in a less good part of the accommodation. The area had been hit by severe rain in the recent rainy season and some of the cover over the connecting walkways had been damaged. It all felt as though it had seen better days but the guides were keen and helpful and the food was good.

    3. Food excellent and accommodation about what one could expect from a forest lodge. Very comfortable with all the essentials provided.

    3. This was my personal favorite in terms of wildlife. It was such a magical experience to see so many birds so close. It just had a lovely feel to the place. very relaxed friendly atmosphere. Our guide "George" was exellent.

    3. Rooms were OK, though beds had the hardest matresses! Food average. Altogether more \'amateurish\' than any of the other places we stayed - our guide was bright, articulate and cheerful - but had a degree in Psychology and was volunteering on a gap year to improve his Spanish - the difference in depth of knowledge compared with guides at Napo & Galapagos was obvious, but not surprising. Walks were fairly tough for the \'middle aged-not particularly fit\' - steep and slippery. We did manage, but it might be worth warning people. Group sizes on walks were quite large, and on narrow tracks it was often difficult to get close enough to the guide to hear, or see what he was showing.

    3. We loved the Bella Vista Reserve and all that it offered, but would have liked the opportunity to select a better grade room.
