    10. All very positive. Very helpful consultant who had good knowledge of the country and appropriate recommendations. All predeparture details received and all queries dealt with.

    13. We were met and taken around everywhere. We never had to worry about any level of the organisation. Our itinerary was very varied both in activity and accommodation, which we loved. The service was great, as was the food. No hidden costs and we were upgraded to a higher class room at two of the hotels, which was lovely.

    16. Ibrahim was our guide for 4 days in Jerash, Mount Nebo, Kerak, Dana and Little Petra. He was excellent. Amazing knowledge and interest. Lovely man, great company.
      Drivers - the first one was great, the second was OK and did his camping services well but was a little hot tempered and not overly friendly. We did not feel totally comfortable with him.
      Local Petra guide was very good but certainly not as good as Ibrahim!

    19. Using La Beduina throughout the trip was beneficial. Also all our hotels except the Intercontinental in Aqaba were locally run, some with local craft shop etc. It would be good if Jordan began recycling their plastic bottles - the amount in Petra was alarming.

    21. We were really glad to have visited this lovely country, as it seems that not so many English go these days. The Jordanians are very proud and hospitable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

    4. Claims to be 5 star but really it's a 4 star. Service was variable. Clean, comfortable, great location, good food. Atmosphere a bit lacking.
