    6. Very, very happy with the holiday. Everything had been arranged and there were no problems with moving between the various locations with guides on hand to help with every step of the way.

    8. Very pleased with the package that was put together. The choice of places to visit matched exactly what I had requested at the outset. The information pack with details on local custom, tipping, items to take was spot on and really helpful. There were some deviations from the itinerary once there but these were minor and generally of a positive nature.

    10. My expectations of going on a safari was to get to see wild animals in their natural habitats and this holiday certainly delivered in this aspect. I was also very pleased with the lodgings and food and the level of service provided throughout the whole holiday which exceeded my expectations. Having not used Kenya Airways before I wa also pleased with their service which rates alongside any other Airline I've used in the past.

    12. Both guides in both reserves certainly seemed to know their way around and were both very friendly and helpful. They made every effort to get us to see all that each reserve had to offer and to get the best sightings and photos possible of the animals. In addition the two guides who met us at the end of the holiday to take us to the main airport from Wilson Airport were excellent at helping us to kill a bit of time in Nairobi between the long wait between the flights. Both my brother and I really enjoyed talking to them about life in Kenya, football and giving them a bit of insight into our own lives in England. An unexpected bonus of the holiday.

    14. It was evident that the Drivers were respectful of the environment they were in. I am aware of Tribes carbon neutral policy in respect of flying which I approve of. I would hope that this sort of holiday impacts positively on the local environment in which it is set.

    16. Just to emphasise again that the way the holiday had been organised was first class and meant we could relax and enjoy it without having to worry about how we were going to get to or find the next place we needed to be. I certainly will hope to visit Africa again in the future and I'd certainly use your company again when I do.

    3. Very nice place to stay. The room was very comfortable and cool. The food was of a higher standard than I expected and was very good. The site was very pleasant and I enjoyed watching the wildlife that was present in the camp such as the monkeys and lizards. The service was very good and the staff courteous and friendly.

    3. A different place to Amboseli with a more rustic feel but still a very pleasant place to stay. The food again was very good. The tented lodge was very comfortable and well maintained throughout and nicely set back into the surroundings. Again it was nice to rest and watch the myriad forms of wildlife that made their home in the camp with the Colobus troop a particular highlight. The jungle setting made some nights a bit lively in terms of the wildlife getting a bit raucous but this only added to the atmosphere. Service was excellent with the waiter anticipating your requests after a couple of days and the camp being happy to change circumstances to suit the itinerary of the holiday. Only slight downside was the distance from the lodgings to the reserve although this was a minor problem and there was still plenty to see on the way to the gate.

    3. Amboseli was a good place to start. A more arid setting than the Masai Mara it was a good place to get an introduction into game driving and for a feel of Kenya and it's people in general. The backdrop of Kilimanjaro was very impressive and there was plenty of animals to be seen. The four hour drive to the reserve was tiring after a long overnight flight (with no sleep to be had on the plane!) but it was an opportunity to see a bit of everyday Kenya and Nairobi which was interesting. The highlight was certainly exploring the Masai Mara and the opportunity to get really close to the animals here and the abundance of the animal life meant every drive provided a new experience. Here we had two all day drives which enabled us to go along way into the park and see the river crossing points and also to briefly cross into Tanzania and onto the Serengeti. The only disappointment was that we never got to complete the set and see a Rhino but it wasn't for lack of trying!

    3. The driver/guides and staff of the lodges were all very friendly and helpful. The trip to the Masai village in Amboseli was interesting (if expensive) and the displays they put on at Siana in the evening were entertaining and impressive. The only minor issue was the hassle of people trying to sell to you every time you stopped at a checkpoint or in traffic but in a country so poor this is to be expected.
