    8. Our booking experience was good, Tracy was knowledgable and found us wonderful places to stay. Although, our printed itinerary had a different flight number and time from the tickets which meant we nearly missed one flight. Hannah was incredibly helpful with questions we had while we were away.

    12. Our guide, David, in Nakuru was incredibly friendly and knowledgable. He made our time in the Rift Valley exceptional. David at the Mara was also great, he was willing to spend a lot of time tracking down a Leopard for us and made the game drives exactly what we wanted. His respect for the animals and understanding of them was very good. He showed a much greater respect for the animals than some of the other drivers we saw!

    14. The time at Pinewood felt removed from the local culture and trips to the local village etc were very expensive. Felt uncomfortable at the Carnivore restaurant where we were told to "eat as much as we could!". This didn't sit very well in a country where so many people do not have enough food to feed their families. Also, a lot of plastic water bottle were used. Only the Sunbird Lodge provided drinking water in a Jug rather than bottles which was great.

    3. We spent the first week of our honeymoon at Pinewood Village and they couldn't do enough for us. From sleeping under a tree to watching the monkeys with cocktails in the pool everything was perfect. Do remember to close your balcony doors even if you pop to the bathroom or the monkeys will have your sugars! The beach was lovely and the diving even better. There's a very good dive centre next to the hotel which we couldn't recommend more highly.

    3. A permanent tented camp 30 minutes from the masai mara with plenty of open space, resident bush buck, mongoose, cute bush baby's and noisy tree hyraxes - take your ear plugs! Our driver was excellent, spending hours finding the animals we wanted to see and full of information - we spent days looking for leopard and finally saw three! We spent four days here which meant we had variety of different game drives including lunch and breakfast in the bush which was rather special. The food was great, but there was far too much of it for us! We'd like to see less plastic bottles used, a water purifier and jugs would be far better. The extras, nature walk and masai village unfortunately were not worth the money as they felt lacklustre and forced. We would still recomend the camp highly.

    3. A wonderful lodge with extraordinary views over the lake. The food was exceptional and the staff went out of thier way to make sure everything was perfect, the chef even came to check what we wanted to have for dinner the next evening. The room was luxorious with hammocks on the balcony, we even got hot water bottles placed in our bed. Drinking water was in jugs rather than plastic bottles and hot water from solar heaters. We were only sorry the hot air baloon people were not there.

    2. Really relaxing start to our honeymoon, diving was amazing. If we hadn't been so tired from the wedding and all the planning and exctemtn that goes with it, we would have liked to visit another national park and 5 days at the beach - next time.
