    10. Paul Cook was extremely helpful and patient due to our indecision at times! We received all the required details in plenty of time and everything went according to plan, which was especailly important when travelling with my 85 year old Mum! I was very impressed with the care and attention given to organising our trip - thank you.

    16. Our drivers were extremely good drivers, courteous, always willing to offer a helping hand and also very friendly. Our guides were informative, willing to chat and impart their knowledge in all topics of conversation and again very helpful and friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed meeting and talking with local people, staff in hotels, restaurants, etc. Everyone was very welcoming and we stopped for 'Mint Tea' and a chat on several occasions. Due to travelling more or less the length of Jordan and back we witnessed the most extraordinary landscape, continually changing

    4. Excellent service, catering, very friendly and helpful staff. The building itself is somewhat 'run down' but clean and tidy. We were told that renovation of the hotel would be taking place in 2012 all being well.

    4. Petra was magical - an exprience not to be missed and visiting it was a dream come true for my Mum. Meeting and talking to so many different people on our journey through the country was very special and played a huge part in making it such an enjoyable experience, along with the ever changing scenery - quite spectacular.
