    7. Exceeded expectations. Seaman II is a modern, fast cat, which enabled us to visit islands which other boats couldnt. Having an international ( USA, Australia, Germany, Denmark & UK) mix of guests was a real bonus.

    10. Our flight to Quito the day before our trip was diverted to Guayaquil because of poor visibility. We waited at Guayaquil for 6 hours, with little information, before they finally put us on a plane back to Quito, which arrived at about 11.30pm. As we had to be back at the airport for 5am the next day we did consider staying at the airport, but good job we didn't because all of our information was waiting for us at our hotel. With the benefit of hindsight perhaps it would have been better to allow an extra day in Quito before flying to the Galapagos.

    21. Food was generally good, but was served as a buffet and hot food (especially soup) quickly went cold. The boat needs better equipment for keeping food hot whilst people are waiting in line for the buffet, or a microwave where individuals can reheat food if they wish. This was our only gripe about our holiday.

    4. The guide was knowledgable, food good and the boat crew could not have been more helpful. Will never forget snorkelling with sealions, who gave us a lesson in how to swim and with turtles feeding off the seagrass. A truly wonderful experience.
