    10. I loved receiving everything in the post rather than copius emails,It might be old fashioned but many of us only have printers etc at work. to receive the bundle and be able to go thru all the info was great.

    13. The Amazon at Uakari Lodge and then by Amazon Clipper were two experiences which cannot be described because the Amazon has to be seen to be believed.

    16. Roberto R. was passionate about the Falls and was a great lateral thinker. Thought ahead and was most attentive.
      Niko at Manaus was equally professional, knowledgable and a lateral thinker to make sure all went well.
      One hickup was the local ground operator could not be contacted as he had his phone off and I needed to know about the pick up to Tefe.

    19. Uakari Lodge was a paradise of 100s of wildlife and thoughtful locals. I had no idea Iguassu Falls was so thunderously big. Amazon Clipper - everyone was so kind and cheerful.

      I got a real shock at the Pink Dolphin Research Station (near Uakari Lodge) as they brand the dolphins they catch, take a nick from their tail etc. I felt it was brutal and unnecessary as the decline of dolphin numbers I was told was due to poaching, therefore education is the key.

    4. Food, guide, staff were 100% in all aspects. I do warn the owners that its time they painted this asset as it is looking shabby.

    4. Please everyone go to Mouwu and his dad iIquels 2 story charming home. There was breakfast beside the pool, help beyond the call of duty and staff that loved having you. Also free Internet!!
      They all work so hard to help. Please go!

    4. Location great, building great but staff were average because if you did not tip them they were grumpy. Everything had a charge. One internet connection and a child playing games. I asked for assistance at front desk after waiting 30 mn and got a shrug of the shoulders. English was very limited even at the front desk. If they want international tourists they need to recruit multi-lingual people. Roberto complained to his company about the attitude of 2 staff wanting me to tip them.

    4. Everything 100%. The pick ups,the staff, the activities, the food,Diania at Ecotourism and Biancia at the Lodge were professional, efficient, friendly and caring.

      The managers need to be advised that there must be maintanence done or the place will deteriorate in the next year. The 7 communities got their profits last year and no money was left for work like fixing a leak or a door.

    4. You have to go to really understand its magnificence,the facts, the fiction, the heat, the smells and the memories for life.

    4. Huge, dramatic et etc. Do the boat trip under the Falls and a helicopter ride to complete a truly wonderous experience. Its easy to get around for all ages.
