    10. Overall, we were taken care of extremely well although it would have been nice to actually have a slightly bigger group instead of a private tour. I recall being advised that it was a purely private tour.
Having said that, we still had a fabulous time.

    12. Our tour guide was fabulous, very patient and accommodating. Our luggage did not arrive on the first day we landed in Kathmandu but our tour guide was very helpful in making phone calls etc and organised to have us driven to the airport the next day to check (luckily, baggage did arrive then following day). There was landslide on our way back from Chitawan to Kathmandu and our guide tried his best to organise flight for us. He even managed to get a cake and local wines for our birthdays - much appreciated. Our driver was excellent as well.

    2. A bit disappointed that the rapids weren't as large as we had expected although our guide and his crew were fantastic. Still a very enjoyable trip down the river and camping under the stars (or rain in our case :)). Great food.

Tribes Response: The water levels and size of the rapids do vary at different times of the year. In September, the rapids are not very large, but they become larger after the winter snow start to melt.

    3. It was raining when we were there so unfortunately did not see many wild animals.

Tribes Response: Travelling in September rain is not uncommon in the national parks, but from October to May, the weather is generally much drier.
