    5. Overall level of satisfaction

      • Excellent

      Excellent

    6. Such a fantastic experience. We saw all the game and wildlife we could have expected and more. We were met and treated fabulously. The Botswana touring safari experience organised by Tribes is one I and my family would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone else.
    7. Tribes service

      • Excellent

      Excellent

    8. Everything happened that we needed to happen. Not always as we had expected, but it all happened. Only irritation was believing we had booked premium economy seats for our return journey - outward we were shown as class 'o' and return class 'n', we assumed these different letters meant different classes of travel - so incurring a 1,200 additional cost at the flight desk. Note for others - Zambia require $50 cash visa for each entrant to their county.
    9. Expectations

      • Excellent

      Excellent

    10. My expectations were of seeing a few animals and being treated in an indifferent manner. Instead we saw all the animals and wildlife in their natural habitat and were treated like royalty - our elder son had his 18th birthday at Meno A Kwena camp and was sung to in Setswana and spoiled by all at the camp. Way ahead of our expectations.
    11. Guides

      • Excellent

      Excellent

    12. Our first guide at Elephant Valley - Ran - was our best guide. He was more enthusiastic about seeing the animals that we were (and he's been doing his job for 7 years!). All the guides were simply fantastic and very knowledgeable too. How their eyesight is so good, I just don't know.
    13. Social & Environmental Responsibility

      • Excellent

      Excellent

    14. Especially at Meno A Kwena where they are doing all they can to support Botswana people's way of life and maintain water for the animals too. All our guides were doing all they could to protect the animals.

    16. Highly recommended. Greatest holiday experience of our lives.

    3. Wonderful place for us to start. Relaxing, reasonably quiet and Vic Falls are simply stunning.

    3. Made better by our guide, Ran.
Only improvement which I believe they should consider is to have the pricing all inclusive - we shared wine on two nights with others and found all this wine on our bill. Small issue, but a potential improvement thay may wish to consider
    1. Kwara Camp

    2. Kwara Camp in Okavango Delta, Botswana
      • Excellent

      Excellent

    3. Such fantastic people and the guests lounge at Kwara 'airstrip' made me smile from the start. Seeing lions, leopards and cheetahs made it very special. Our guide, Isiah, and tracker, KB, were lovely and we were again completely spoilt - even teenagers were happy to be woken at 6am to see the game and wildlife!

    3. What a fantastic camp and David inspirational. I loved the shower service and our guide, Mex, had a fantastic sense of humour too. Never seen so many zebras and elephants playing in the river was a sight I doubt I'll ever see again.

      Good

    3. Again, everything was simply fantastic. Only downside was having a key operated safe and someone had a spare key, even that cannot take away from the joy and excitement we experienced at this camp.

    3. Not ideal for young children, but for teenagers it was a fantasic. Just book it and go! Hang the expense!
