      The information given beforehand seemed very detailed and was very helpful.

    13. With the accident to the Alta we were not able to have the cabin that we expected. We were informed about the boat accident in a very nice way by Jose who came to see us to explain everything and what they could offer as an alternative. Although there were double the amount of people on the new boat, the holiday provided in it's place was very good and the staff on the boat took a lot of care to make us feel welcome on board.

      Tribes Note: A last-minute problem with the yacht which was originally booked (Alta), meant that these clients had to be switched to another yacht (the Evolution).

    4. The hotel was set in a very nice location in the square in Quito. The staff were friendly and most helpful. Beautiful rooms. The food portions were way too big for us but the food was very good.
