This is a small tented camp with just four large rooms situated on a palm island in the heart of the game rich Busanga Plains in Kafue National Park.
This is a wetland area which are accessible only by 4WD vehicles open between June to October. This is the only camp in the area which is independantly owned. The safari tents are large with mossie nets, ensuite bathrooms (open air) with flus loos and bucket showers. The main dining and lounge area is on a raised deck providing views across the open plains and to a fig tree and palm island opposite the camp.
The area is home to big herds of buffalo (up to 1000 animals at times), wildebeest, zebra, roan antelope and red lechwe, followed by their predators, plenty of lion and several cheetah.
