This unusual hotel is located 30 minutes from Lusaka airport (in the bush) and is the private residence of the Sardanis family. They have opened it as a guest house hotel with 19 suites. The main ex-private residence sits on top of a hill with fantastic views. It has many reading rooms, billiard room, sunken TV lounge, dining room and upstairs bar and sitting area with huge balconies. Large grounds have a swimming pool, sauna and spa, tennis court, table tennis etc. Also included in the daily rate are game drives, walks and horse riding. You can also go fishing depending on the season. Service is personalised and nothing is too much trouble. They can provide dinner for late arrivals, all drinks are complimentary and guests are free to use all the facilities.
